Digital items are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

In most cases, you will receive your product much faster (within a few hours). However, please allow up to 24 hours during:

  • Peak periods

Download Access

  • Download links are valid for 30 days
  • You can download files multiple times within this period
  • Please save the files to your device immediately
  • If your download link expires, contact support for a new link

  • Multiple revision rounds as per your package
  • Finalize designs

4. Final Delivery (1-2 Business Days)

  • Prepare all final files in required formats
  • Organize and package deliverables
  • Send via email or file-sharing service
  • Provide usage guidelines and documentation

Factors Affecting Delivery

Delivery timelines may be extended due to:

  • Client Delays: Delayed feedback, approvals, or required information
  • Scope Changes: Changes to project requirements mid-project

  • Peak Periods: High-volume times (we'll inform you upfront)

Non-Delivery or Issues

If you don't receive your digital product or deliverables within the specified timeframe:

We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.
