Digital Products Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Exceptions

Refunds for digital products may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Product: If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 24 hours for a refund of the duplicate purchase.
  • Product Not Received: If you did not receive your digital product within 24 hours of payment confirmation, contact us immediately.
  • Product Defect: If the digital product files are corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the product description, contact us for a resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Incompatibility with your specific software or setup (unless explicitly stated in product description)
  • Failure to achieve expected results or outcomes

Services Refund Policy

Discovery Call/Consultation

Discovery calls and initial consultations are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Project Retainers

Before Work Begins: If you decide to cancel before any work has started, you may receive a full refund of your retainer or project payment, minus any payment processing fees.

After Work Begins: Once work has commenced on your project, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unutilized time only. You will be charged for:

  • Time spent on research and planning
  • Design work completed
  • Revisions provided
  • Communication and project management

Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainers are billed in advance. If you wish to cancel:

  • Provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle
  • The current month's payment is non-refundable
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

Completed Work

No refunds are provided for completed work that has been delivered, even if you choose not to use it. Completed work includes:

  • Delivered design files
  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Finalized brand assets
  • Any other deliverables that have been provided to you

Third-Party Charges

Important: We cannot refund any third-party charges, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising spend on Meta, Google, or other platforms
  • Platform subscription fees
  • Domain or hosting costs
  • Stock photos, fonts, or licensed assets purchased for your project
  • Payment processing fees

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the timeframes specified above:

Include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Order/invoice number
  • Product or service purchased
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or screenshots

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Disputes

If you have any concerns about a product or service, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Suspension of your account and access to purchased products
  • Inability to make future purchases
  • Legal action to recover costs
